Write for Daily Struggle!
We welcome writing submissions and suggestions from UAW members.
Daily Struggle is a class struggle publication by and for UAW rank-and-file members. When we share our organizing strategies and analysis with each other, we strengthen our whole movement. Do you have experience that you want to share, using militant tactics to take back control of the shop floor? Do you have ideas about how to build working class solidarity across borders? Do you want to use creative formats (infographic, cartoon, poem, etc.) to express your thoughts on how to organize for a truly bottom-up General Strike in 2028? This is your space!
We will ask you for a short description of its content, format, length, and estimated turnaround time as well as which of the five values of the UAWD Member Platform your writing will be grounded in. You do not have to be the author, and you do not need a prior experience.
The Editorial Board will notify you of the receipt of your proposal and, after the Board’s consideration, whether your proposal was accepted or not. If the proposal is rejected, we will explain the reason and you will have a chance to appeal the Board’s decision.
